LEAP: Where technology meets 215,000 people, every surface tells a story
LEAP is one of the world's foremost annual technology conferences, held in Riyadh in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Eleven777 has provided creative and design services to organiser Tahaluf since LEAP's first edition in 2022, including developing the brand identity for Tahaluf itself. Since then, we have worked every year with Tahaluf, across their broad spectrum of world-class exhibitions.












The engagement
Our agency delivers the static and dynamic visual direction and creative production for the conference’s formidable cluster of screens, signage and out-of-home mediums. LEAP has grown to over 215,000 visitors in a remarkably short span.
The 2024 edition brought together 1,600+ investors, 1,100+ speakers, 600+ start-ups and 1,800+ exhibitors across 19 sectors, from artificial intelligence and blockchain to space technology and IoT.
Eleven777’s scope includes event branding, ambient design across 151,000 sqm of exhibition space, hundreds of speaker and panel introduction videos produced in real time, an assortment of screen animations, opening ceremony films, thousands of exhibition signage artworks, and out-of-home advertising across Riyadh. We also designed the complete brand identity for DeepFest, Saudi Arabia’s dedicated AI conference co-located with LEAP, and produce a comparable suite of creative and video content for that event each year.

Having served the exhibition industry for over 18 years, behind every deliverable is project management built for the real-time, fluid nature of exhibition workflows, with dedicated design and video resources, rapid response teams, quality control systems, structured communication channels, and a track record of meeting every deadline across 1,000+ assets per edition.
Beyond LEAP, we apply the same rigour to other award-winning Tahaluf events, including Black Hat MEA, Cityscape Global, Global Health and CPHI Middle East.
